We cooperated closely with another EU-funded project called BRaVE. Both GREASE and BRaVE were coordinated by Anna Triandafyllidou from the European University Institute’s Global Governance Programme.

Though different in scope, our projects shared an overlapping interest in the drivers and dynamics of violent radicalisation. Moreover, we both explored ways to help communities strengthen their resilience and make their members less susceptible to radicalisation. The most visible manifestation of our cooperation is Global Extremes, a blog hosted by openDemocracy.org and featuring contributions from partners in both GREASE and BRaVE.
